The base of the ski center is at an altitude of 1800m. To enter you must have with you your ID or your passport and ask permission from the commander in charge.
For people that come from abroad, the permission is given only by the bureau of army special forces in Athens.
All cars must remain outside of the camp. The center operation is free of charge. There are 3 lifts and to use them you only need to fill a form which states that in a case of an accident, the army is not responsible.
There is also a chalet by the camp, maintained by the army.
