From today to Saturday, worsening of the weather with snowfall intervals at highlands is expected. Untill Monday, moderate to strong W wind (30km/h-150km/h) to most of the ski centers. (Snow Forecast has not update its maps the last two days)
North Europe had intense snowfall on holidays. At Germany the road was blocked for many hours due to snow; some trains were stopped.
Wherever you travel take non-skid chains with and dressed properly. The managers of the ski centres are taking care so that roads to be clear from snow.
Contact the Tourist Offices at Arahova 0267-29170 and Kalavrita 0692-23418 for rooms’ availability during the Christmas time.
